What does Prodigy Plumbing & Drain do?

Are you available for plumbing emergencies?

Do you fix drains and sewer lines too?
Yes. We handle drain cleaning, main line clearing and camera inspections. For large sewer and trenchless jobs we work with our sister company, Prodigy Sewer & Drain.
Do you diagnose before you repair?
Always. We find the cause first and explain your options in plain English before any work begins, so you decide with the facts in front of you.
Do you work on commercial plumbing?
Yes. We serve restaurants, offices, retail, multi-unit buildings and tenant spaces, and we schedule work around your business hours.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not always, but it helps for the diagnosis and walk-through. For rentals and businesses we can work with a manager or lockbox.
Can you work around my schedule?
Yes. We offer flexible visits, and emergencies are handled any hour of the day or night.
What should I do while I wait for a plumber?

Do you replace water heaters the same day?
Often yes, depending on the unit and access. We explain the options during the visit and install the one that fits.
Can you repipe a house?

Do you install fixtures I bought myself?
Often yes. Tell us what you have and we will let you know whether it is a good fit for your plumbing.
Are your tools a replacement for a plumber?
No. Our free tools help you understand a problem and prepare for a call. They are guides, not diagnoses, and a plumber should always check the actual system.
Do you handle gas lines?
Yes, we handle gas line installation and repair. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 first.
